Chili Time .....

An Easy Chili Recipe

The temps are going to drop, so I am putting on a pot of chili.
This is so simple, yet soooo good!

Basic Chili Recipe

1 Large pot for chili, (mine is a caphalon large pot)
1 Large can of Ranch Style Beans ( drained)
2 small cans of Ranch Style Beans Black Beans
1 small can of organic red beans (365, wholefoods)
1 Large bottle of V-8 HOT & SPICY tomato juice
1 envelope of chili seasoning ( your choice )
Add a pinch of salt, cilantro finely chopped ( if you like ) or minced galic

Mix it all into the pot

Let it simmer while you are browning 2-3 lbs of ground meat ( this is also personal, I use organic beef from our own ranch )
Add the ground beef and let it simmer
The lower the heat, the longer it cooks the better

Serve it in a bowl with crackers, blue corn tortilla chips, or fritos with shredded cheese on top!
Whatever you like, use sour cream or guacomole.

Of course for my picky little eater, you can use the chili for a "Sonic Frito chili wrap"
Just heat the flour tortilla, fill with chili, cheese and Fritos. Fold and eat!

Enjoy, you have enough for a couple of days.
