1.  I love orange / yellowish roses

There are some wonderful florists in the area; but if you want to buy like a flower market I would suggest this place. 25 roses for $20

No, I don't have a connection I stumbled onto them a year or so ago.

2. Movies

My favorite one? It is hard to say, I like to have them playing in the background while I paint.

Right now? I think Nancy Meyers films are my obsession at the moment, but I like a good classic too!

The set of It's Complicated is a movie and set study all in one to me.

3. Chocolate

Need I say more??? It is a sinful pleasure, I have to say "guilty as charged"!!

Light, dark, milk, nuts, or not???

All of the above, yes please!

4. Paper

I am obsessed with imagery and paper products! Notecards, stationary, gift paper, tags, prints, .... the list goes on and on! Espescially unique and vintage paper.

I am also a fan of the written letter, post offices and stamps!

5. Zebra

6. True Religion

I am a fan of religious articles; crosses, figures, rosary with beading, paper, and this morning a rare find at the Flea was a bottle of Holy water and the top to a processional cross.

It is an evergrowing collection that I have recently enjoyed collecting. I would say in the last year or so.

These French crosses are one example from vintage weave.com. I am pretty selective, as I do not want my home to become a reliquary, but I love the unique and unusual!

7. Hunter love!

A couple of years ago, I fell in love with Hunter rubber boots. In fact, just this last year I conceded to getting the clogs as well, ( in black, of course ).

Last week, when I needed to drive to "the country" to help my dad with feeding and getting a 4x4 unstuck from the ice and mud. The boots came in pretty darn handy!!!

I could walk across the pens and catch the gate without even thinking about it! All the while looking pretty stylish if I do say so!!

I just cannot say enough good about these!

8. Love

Whether it is love for a person, place or thing it is what makes the world go round. These days, I am loving the fact that it is a New Year and with that there starts unconditional love.

Love your life, love those close to you and above all love thy self!

I am also a sucker for Mexican, Spanish or vintage silver meligros hearts! This one is from Etsy, Ullabenulla store.

9. Caffine

A definite addiction, it used to only be Dr. Pepper, then Diet Coke but in the colder months it has become coffee! A morning cup of coffe is a must, as is vanilla caramel or cinnamon vanilla creamer. It's pretty bad when you go for 9 months without it, and the first thing that you want after giving birth is a Dr. Pepper!

Here lately the obsession has been a starbucks latte; Skinny, cinnamon, vanilla soy latte, preferably a Venti size! De lish!!!

10. Last, but by no means the least;

FAMILY

I have to say that the sun pretty much rises and sets around my inner circle. Our family unit includes five; ( our dog Derby is pretty much our other child ).

This was a snap while we were on vacation this Summer in Palm Springs.

Our Derby, brought home to the kids after a Mexico vacation. We jaunted back a day early and drove home to surprise the kiddos. He was in a bag, we told them it was t-shirts and surprise it was a pup! They knew we were getting a four legged friend, but it was a couple of weeks before they were expecting! Needless to say, they were surprised!

Blogging could not exist in my world without all of them, neither could work or travel.

They let me be me!!
