Danger High Winds.....
A big storm blew in (literally) this a.m. On my way to the gym with cyclonic side winds and no lights or traffic lights this morning.
No School either!
An incredible display from mother nature this morning.
High 80 mph winds, snapping trees like toothpicks!
Reminds me of around 6 years ago when my oldest was a 5th grader. We had a microburst come through, schools were out of power for a week, the end of school came and went. We never "officially" ended her years at grade school. An interestingly similar morning, not near as much damage but enough to cancel school's, disable traffic lights, and bring in a strong wind.
It looks like a day to "take off" and rest up! (Double header baseball game tonight)!
