Tonight you can tour the Tulsa Living Art's Center for the 16th annual Dia de los muertos festival or All Souls Day.
The Mexican - Mexican American celebration of deceased ancestors which occurs on November 1st
Tix are available at the door for $5.00 ( children 12 and under are free )
