This months Harper's Bazaar features Vanessa Traina's very modern and quirky apartment.
A great collection from faux zebra to Native American headdress.Lots of tiger inspired finishes, more zebra and a view to die for! A new muse for the fashion icon Louis Vuitton, she is the new golden girl and only 25.
Have a look see!
Taxidermy, seen here in her apartment. A new Victorian inspired trend.
The view, the floor and to the left are the hints of the antler chairs.
Though clear and clean slated, these seating options and the wall artwork really warm up this space and give it personality.
Love that Native American headdress and the shot of color against the bone white colored chairs.
The flooring is great as well, love the hide layer.
I love this clear acrylic side table and lamp. The crystal really gives texture and the shot of color of the butterfly is beautiful and adds interest!
This vignette is great looking and feels really organized even amongst the books and colorful spines. I also like the touch of the religious icons and glass bunch of Fleur's.
This girl looks so familiar, oh yes, she lives in my living room too! I love this look, with rosary beads, cross and crown. A perfect place to place your necklace and it's presence is divine.
This one is for Brooke, at Velvet & Linen who loves a well worn piece of furniture.
That kitty, kitty, puuurrrrrfect!

A relative subject, I received a couple of these last night. Found in San Diego, and brought to me from a recent trip. These pencils are not only zebra print, but green and made from recycled newspapers.
Cool and chic! OBON pencils.

Just hard to wrap my mind around being so uber chic at the mere age of 25. I was sporting the most awful permed hair and far from being a golden girl. Now I'm the other symbol of Golden Girl, ...old! Vanessa's home is so unique and has great personality. I'm with you Leslie, Iadore the Indian headdress.

Deb;
I am like you. I THINK MY STYLE HAS DEFINATELY BECOME AN ACQUIRED TASTE! My own personal style has taken me from country - mod, urban and eclectic with a french twist!
I think it had to be that way too. I had to find my way. Isn't that headress great?
Thanks for stopping by,
L.
I wonder if the zebra on the floor and the standing zebra have conversations about who was luckier at the end of the day? hehehehe
That is interesting, N.
Right, one stripe to another.
