In Deep.....

The Great White

As if I am not obsessed enough with the current predicament, I was perusing thru the latest pages of Veranda can you believe the span of interiors and all so individualized. The restored Belgium home was of course, my favorite. As if there was not enough to keep one busy in a snowstorm, what a room full of eye candy from page to page as you turn to another great home.

Lot's to do, now that I am back on my feet and the sickness is behind me ~ finally!

Oh, to get caught up or just dug out at this point!

This home featured in Belgium has a translucent walled addition that simply brings the outside inside. The translucent village house from naa buzz simply brings the two atmospheres together as one.

Another innovative idea, this sliding door wall from Dwell.

Inspired from a Flemish farmhouse there the wall is('nt)........

Captivating,

a place to hide and seek, ( dirty dishes, stacks of reading materials, snow bound bored kiddos,......)

The kitchen / storage space in the before state.

As you close the semi permanent wall.

The wall space closed up and a rather tidy looking kitchen!

New ideas for a sliding door throughout my home. And would love several of those glass box rooms around my home too !

Those glass boxes are wonderful. I would have to keep my son away from it though pitching and glass do not mix well. Trust me:)
Brilliant and such innovative designs.Hope all is well with you,
Tara.

Grand Designs once had a house that featured a glass walkway from the old house into the new kitchen addition. I loved it, the old and new complimented each other in the juxtaposition of brick and glass, this glass room I love even more!

I would like to see that. I love the way the glass and rough cut stone play off one another! So refine meets rustic!
