Grand re tweeking....

Grand re Openings...

Last evening amidst the darkness and the cooler (?) temps there was a soiree of fall, fun and flirty fashions at Flirt.
Located within the outdoor shopping center of Utica Square.

A culmination for me as it has been around two months of transformation into the perfect boutique.

Many one of a kind designers are carried there and the jewelry and other accessories are making it one of Tulsa's best places to snag some really chic clothes.

If you live in T-Town, there are some pop the balloon savings going on until this Saturday.
Shop, enjoy the fall fashions and have a pop of a balloon to get a discount on your purchase.

Here is a little peek into the reno:

The store before.

The sign is new but touches of fuchsia are gone.

My first window display of tissue flowers on the wall and woven into a burlap top for the mannequin.

The idea, and the sketch of the color combination.

Soft lilac, gray and faded darker charcoal colors.

The exterior after.

It was great before, but a new owner and a fresh take made way for a more neutral and clean palette with a play on sleek sophisticated and trendy urban style.

The goods:

A pair of fab finds.

Pleated and boxy silver pleathered cubes.
Not quite right, but worth the transformation. This pic shows the challenge of the interior.

To this.......

The completed cube.

In place and ready to serve.

Your standard flea or tag sale find demi lune table.

Great, but again wrong for our look........

In place with a little age and wisdom on the finish.

Gray and a silver leafed accent to the turned legs and the inset carvings.

A great display board wrapped in linen and featuring lots of bauble's.

Also some great frames wrapped in linen and a vintage looking hanger display made from re purposed materials and finished in a distressed vintage french finish.

This was quite a find that went from this old lamp, yes I did say lamp!

Sort of takes you back to A Christmas Story.......

To this one of a kind bust and stand for jewelry display.

Loading up for the trip to set the store and letting the fun begin!

Ugly bathroom sink with exposed plumbing?

Just skirt that issue.

A little smoky grape color on the pony wall .........

We are almost there.

Another post with the re opening window and a couple other editions to add to the mix and new feel of the store.

Be sure to stop by say hello to Melissa,Sara & Toni and take advantage of the savings and the great fall fashions!
