Not So Very Long Ago

Our January around here would have served this image well.

Although it is cold,we have not had any of the "white stuff" yet!

There is hope for snowmen, snow angels and local X-Games on side streets, vacant lots and challenging hilly driveways.

Many a hat will be worn,many a phrase will be sworn and the best est holiday ever is about to unfold to young and to old.

School is almost out, gifts are getting wrapped and the magic of Christmas is upon us.

This far away place seems so very peaceful and serene.
